SUBJECT: County Board Opposes Aqua Water Rate Increases
Kankakee County Vice Chairman, Steve Liehr attended the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) meeting, Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Kankakee County Board Chairman, Mike Bossert requested that Liehr go to the ICC meeting on behalf of the County Board.
